Polymer Additives

UV-829 is a moderately neutral hindered amine Hindered amine light stabilizer (HALS).
It functions by capturing free radicals and inhibiting photo-oxidation reactions, thereby protecting materials from damage caused by ultraviolet radiation.

Appearance: White to yellowish solid
Loss on Drying: 0.5% max
Solubility in Toluene: OK
TGA (350℃) : 10 max

Applied to PE/PP film, tape, injection & rotational molding, PP fiber, POM, PA, PET, PBT, ASA, ABS, HIPS, Rigid & flexible PVC, PMMA and PUR.
